NCLB legislation provides an appeal process for schools that are identified for School Improvement I, School Improvement II, Corrective Action, Restructuring I, or Restructuring II.
The Superintendent or Charter School Administrator may file an appeal when he / she believes that there are statistical or other substantive reasons resulting in an incorrect designation.
