Educational Standards Commission Seeks Members

(Santa Fe, NM)—The Educational Standards Commission (ESC) is seeking two candidates to fill openings in the category of public school classroom teacher. The 18-member commission is appointed by the New Mexico State Board of Education (SBE) to provide advice on issues relating to accountability and educational standards for New Mexico’s schools.

The openings, for positions one and three, are among five positions on the ESC for members representing public school classroom teachers. The positions carry three-year terms.
